TIS has access to more than 2700 interpreters in more than 150 languages. Our friendly receptionists will organise a translator if needed for yourself, a family member or a friend.
They provide:

- ATIS automated voice-prompted immediate phone interpreting.
- pre-booked phone interpreting.
- video remote interpreting
- on-site interpreting.

Translated Government Health Advice
The Department of Health provides translated resources for foreign language speakers. They provide translated government health announcements including information regarding COVID-19.

National Relay Service
It can be difficult for hearing impaired patients to get in touch with the medical centre and hear back in a timely manner. The National Relay Service is a resource that connects deaf patients with a hearing person who can relay their typed message to our receptionists over the phone.
